CubicPanic, also marketed as Cube Hero - Cube Survival 3D, is an Android arcade puzzle-action game where you destroy cube blocks, avoid enemies, use weapons, and progress through procedurally generated maps.

Because levels are procedural, strategy matters more than static walkthrough routes.

Essential Tips

1. Remember the 90% Goal

You do not need to destroy every block to advance.

The core objective is destroying at least 90% of cube blocks in each level. Once you understand that threshold, you can stop wasting time on risky cleanup.

2. Learn Mobile Movement First

Joystick control decides survival.

Practice smooth turns, short corrections, and backing away from enemies. The game becomes harder as maps grow, so control comfort matters early.

3. Route Through Blocks Efficiently

Procedural maps reward path planning.

Move through dense block clusters in routes that keep exits open. Avoid trapping yourself while chasing the last few blocks.

4. Save Weapons for Dangerous Enemies

The game includes four weapons or skills.

Use a conservative rule with combat tools: do not spend them on enemies you can safely avoid.

5. Watch Multi-Life Block Colors

Later blocks can take two or three touches and change color.

Color changes are progress feedback. Do not assume a block is bugged if it survives the first touch.

6. Invest in Functional Skins

Some skins affect gameplay, not only appearance.

Skins can double points, increase shield duration, duplicate rewards, boost speed, or add extra shield protection. Choose based on your weakness.

7. Use Speed for Aggressive Runs

Flash Speed supports fast clearing and enemy evasion.

If you are comfortable dodging, speed helps destroy blocks quickly. If you get hit often, shield-based skins may be safer.

8. Play Offline for Clean Sessions

The game supports offline play.

Offline sessions can reduce interruptions and make practice more consistent.

Combat Tips

  1. Keep enemies separated: Crowds make mobile movement harder.
  2. Use map space: Procedural layouts create escape lanes if you preserve them.
  3. Do not fight everything: The goal is block destruction, not enemy clearing.
  4. Save skills for pressure: Use weapons when enemies block required routes.
  5. Adapt by map size: Larger maps need more route discipline.

Resource Management

  1. Points: Spend on skins or upgrades that solve your current problem.
  2. Shield time: Use defensive windows to clear dangerous clusters.
  3. Weapons/skills: Save for enemies you cannot avoid.
  4. Block quota: Stop risky cleanup after the objective threshold.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  1. Do not chase 100% if 90% is enough - Survival matters.
  2. Avoid spending weapons on harmless enemies - Save them for bottlenecks.
  3. Do not buy skins blindly - Match bonuses to your playstyle.
  4. Avoid cornering yourself - Keep escape lanes open.
  5. Do not write location guides for procedural maps - Use strategy guides instead.
